"Bad fit and not cut right"
I ordered a skin for my phone the fit was not great

The camera cutout was slightly off, and no matter how many times I tried to line it up, the edges just would not sit right. One side had extra overhang while the other side looked too short, so the whole thing ended up looking crooked

For the price, I really expected it to be more precise. I ended up peeling it off after a day because it bothered me every time I looked at it

"Good Experience, Just a Little Slow"
I ordered from dbrand and overall it was a solid experience. The tracking worked fine the whole way, which I appreciated. The only downside was that it arrived a bit later than I was hoping, so shipping wasn’t exactly super fast. That said, everything showed up in perfect condition, nothing was damaged, and I’d still be comfortable ordering from them again

It looks nice and the quality is definitely good, but for the price I expected a little more. What really bothered me was the shipping cost—it made the whole thing feel less worth it. It kind of feels like one of those policy loopholes where the item seems reasonably priced at first, but then the extra fees get tacked on at checkout. Not a terrible purchase, just more expensive than it should’ve been.

"Solid Case, No Fuss"
I picked up a dbrand case for my phone because I was tired of worrying every time I dropped it, it’s been great. I’ve already dropped my phone a few times, including once on concrete, and it came out totally fine. The case still looks good too, aside from a couple tiny marks. It feels durable without turning my phone into a brick, which is exactly what I wanted. No complaints really, it just does its job, and that’s all I needed.

"Pretty easy return and quick refund"
I had to return a skin because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Support got back to me quickly and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle at all. The refund showed up a few days later, which was nice. it was way easier than I expected, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

"Good support tbh"
Had a little shipping issue with my order, but support got back to me fast. It took a couple emails to get everything sorted out, but they were nice the whole time and fixed it in the end. Not 100% perfect, but overall good service imo.

"Packaging felt cheap to me"

"Warranty replacement felt like a bait and switch"
I thought the warranty would have me covered, but trying to get a replacement was a complete joke. Once I contacted support, it felt like the story changed and they just kept repeating the policy back to me instead of actually helping. It really came across like a bait and switch, they make the warranty sound reassuring until you actually need to use it.

I’ve been buying from dbrand for years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. The skins always fit right and hold up well so whenever I get a new phone or laptop I usually end up ordering from them again. They’re not the cheapest but I trust the quality.

I ordered a phone skin from them a little while back, maybe around the end of last month or the start of this one, I can’t remember exactly. They had so many styles and colors that it took me longer than expected just to pick one. Customizing it was simple though, and once it was on my phone it looked really clean. Overall I’m happy with it

"Avoid this fraudulent company"

I ordered a simple skin and paid for expedited shipping. It has been over a month since the supposed date of being received. I have tried to contact the company repeatedly. Their live chat is horrible as it is simply a robot their emails go unanswered for over a month Avoid this company at all cost nonexistent Customer A Ant charges
